Our small group and tandem sessions offer a fun, supportive way to learn proper movement patterns, build strength, and stay consistent—at a more cost-effective price. With personalized guidance in a motivating group setting, you’ll get the best of both worlds: expert coaching and a community to cheer you on.
Pre/Post Natal Training
Stay strong, supported, and safe through every stage of motherhood. Our pre and postnatal personal training focuses on gentle, effective movements tailored to your body’s needs—whether you’re preparing for birth or rebuilding strength postpartum.

Nutrition Consultation
and Planning
Validity: 8 weeks​
Duration: 30 mins. for bi weekly check ins

Individualized macronutrient guide with sample meal plan to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Total of four (4) bi-weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and adjust for your specific lifestyle needs.


Remote Coaching/
Workout Program
Validity: 1 month​​​
Our comprehensive online program is designed to cater to your personal needs and goals. A total of 12 programs for the whole month consisting of 3 programs per week.
Additionally, benefit from two (2) bi-weekly online check-ins to track your progress and keep you accountable.
