"As a mom of three, I put my trust in Mina to reach my goals and it was the best thing I did for myself.
Mina focused on a lot of deep core exercises which helped build a great foundation for my core. I trained with her throughout my whole pregnancy (up until week 36!) and I have never felt stronger. Her focus on glute and leg exercises are my favourite thing about training with her.
The modifications in training helped contribute to an easy labour and a strong post partum recovery.
Working out with Mina, she always paid close attention to any injuries and made sure my form was correct. She knew my strengths and weakness and worked on them both for me to be the strongest mama I can be.
Aside from her training methods, Mina is a genuine and compassionate individual who deeply cares about her clients success. I'm so glad Mina is apart of this fitness journey with me.

“Mina is great!
When I first began personal training sessions with Mina 2 years ago I was experiencing pain while trying to weight bear on my right arm when doing planks or attempting to do push-ups. Not only was this pain difficult for me in my every day functioning but it was negatively impacting my work as a professional musician. I felt a lot of frustration, being a woman in my sixties who has not ever been very athletic. I almost felt that it was too late for me to heal and gain the strength to not only function but thrive.
I am happy to say that today I am pain free while doing the planks and push ups that are a part of my regular training sessions. Mina always provides a variety of routines of weight training and aerobic activities that have built my strength beyond a level I thought possible, both physically and mentally. My posture has improved a great deal which is helpful in my daily tasks and in my performance as a professional clarinettist. “I had the opportunity to do weekly personal training with Mina for more than two years.
It was a breath of fresh air to go to a trainer who focuses more on what your body can do and what your body feels like, as opposed to emphasizing what your body looks like as others in the fitness community can do.
Mina is the best.
She is extremely knowledgeable and taught me a wide range of technical lifts I previously had no experience with. She can adapt workouts and exercises based on your goals and needs, including physical limitations and the various aches and pains that come with your late 30s.

Training with Mina made a huge difference to my strength and confidence. She is an expert in crafting strength and conditioning programs to help people at all ranges of fitness and mobility to meet their goals and in working with athletes who have experienced injuries and want to return to sports.
I am an athlete who had an ACL-reconstruction surgery more than a decade ago (an experience that I know impacts a lot of us young women playing competitive sports - also my mom, my sister). Since the surgery, I’ve continued being an active and athletic person, but I’m always managing my knees and my fear of re-injury.
It was a relief to find Mina when I was looking for support building a baseline of strength that would keep my body safe when playing volleyball and tennis. “I met Mina two years into my retirement. I knew I wanted to get stronger, increase flexibility and mobility.
What I really wanted to do was to learn to lift weights safely and effectively. Encouraged by the literature on the benefits of strength training, especially for women, that became one of my primary goals in working with Mina.
Although I had never worked with a trainer before, Mina quickly dubbed me a “badass” and recognized my grit and determination to push myself to achieve my goal.
